Refund policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Processing times vary depending upon the items ordered. For our handmade/custom products, the processing time is 10 days or less not including weekends. Otherwise, the processing time is 3-5 business days. If an order includes hand-made and non-hand-made items it will ship together. If you make separate orders, we will do our best to ship everything at once. Please message us at xoxo@piecesofherllc.com if you make two separate orders but would like them to ship together. 

SHIPPING 

U.S. shipping typically takes 2-4 business days once the order has been shipped. Once an order is shipped it will automatically update with a tracking number. Once shipped, any questions regarding the package's whereabouts should be directed to USPS. Given we do not require a signature for deliveries, it is essential you ensure the package is being sent to a secure address. If your package is lost, we will do all we can to ensure you receive your package.  

Pieces of her LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages and we are not responsible for mistakes made by USPS. The customer is responsible for providing the shipping address and shipping labels are printed from information that you have provided. In the event your package is lost, we will do everything we can to help recover it. Please email us at xoxo@piecesofherllc.com if this occurs. 

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time.
