ORDER PROCESSING
Processing times vary depending upon the items ordered. for our handmade products, processing time is 10 days or less not including weekends. If an order includes hand-made and non hand-made items it will ship together. If you make separate orders, we will do our best to ship everything at once. Please message us at xoxo@piecesofherllc.com if you make two separate orders but would like them to ship at once.
SHIPPING
U.S. shipping typically takes 2-4 business days once the order has been shipped. once an order is shipped it will be updated with a tracking number. Once shipped, any questions regarding the packages whereabouts should be directed to USPS. Given we do not require a signature for deliveries, it is important you ensure the package is being sent to a secure address. If your package is lost, we will do all we can to ensure you receive your package.
Pieces of her LLC, is not liable for lost or stolen packages and we are not responsible for mistakes made by USPS. The customer is responsible for providing the shipping address and shipping labels are printed from information that you have provided. In the event your package is lost, we will do everything we can to help recover it. Please email us at xoxo@piecesofherllc.com if this occurs.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds at this time.
EXCHANGES
You may exchange any item except for body care items including roll-on fragrances, shea butters, soaps, and any custom items. All other items must be in their original condition and buyer will have to pay shipping costs to exchange an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email xoxo@piecesofher.com if you'd like to exchange an item and we will promptly respond.
